What is resilience training?

Resilience training is a structured program that builds your ability to recover from setbacks, handle stress, and adapt to adversity. Unlike motivational content, effective resilience training follows a daily practice — exercises, reflection, and habit-building — over a defined period (typically 21–90 days).

The Treasure Resilience Challenge offers three lengths of structured daily resilience training — 21, 30, or 90 days — each with a daily email prompt, printable workbook, and a reflection exercise built on Eitan Rauch's 3-pillar Treasure framework.

The Resilience Challenge is not a 30-day motivational email sequence. It is a structured daily practice. Each day builds directly on the last, following the exact sequence of the Treasure framework.

Do I need to read the book first?

No. The challenge is self-contained. The framework is introduced through the daily prompts. Reading the book first will deepen the experience, but it is not required.

How much time does each day take?

The daily email takes 5–10 minutes to read. The workbook exercise takes 5–15 minutes depending on the day. Total: under 30 minutes per day in most cases.

What if I miss a day?

The emails come to your inbox daily. If you miss a day, they are still there. You can catch up at your own pace. The challenge does not lock you out for missing a day.

Is this only for people in crisis?

No. The framework is designed for anyone who wants to build real resilience before they need it. The best time to do this work is before the hard moment arrives.

Can I start the 21-day and upgrade to 90?

Yes. The sequences are designed to flow into each other. Contact us after completing the 21-day challenge and we will credit your purchase toward the extended version.

Is there a refund policy?
