Your Right to Data Deletion

At Treasure Resilience Platform, we respect your right to control your personal data. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta's Platform Policy, you have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you.

What Data We May Hold About You

We may hold the following types of personal data:

  • Email address and name — from newsletter sign-ups, free chapter downloads, or account registration
  • Purchase history — if you have bought a digital product or course
  • Website activity data — collected via Meta Pixel (page views, Lead events, IP address, browser data)
  • Email engagement data — open rates, click tracking, from our email platform

How to Request Data Deletion

Submit a Deletion Request

Send Request Email

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account or sign-up
  • A description of the data you would like deleted (or "all data" if you want everything removed)

What Happens After You Submit a Request

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
  2. We will verify your identity to ensure we delete the correct data
  3. We will process your request within 30 days of verification (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA)
  4. We will notify you by email once deletion is complete

Data We May Be Required to Retain

Please note that certain data may be retained even after a deletion request when required by law:

  • Financial transaction records — retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Legal hold data — if required for an ongoing legal matter

We will inform you of any data we are legally required to retain.

Deleting Data Collected via Meta Pixel

If you have interacted with our website and our Meta Pixel collected your data (browsing behavior, Lead events), you can also:

  1. Submit a request to us at [email protected] — we will request deletion from Meta on your behalf
  2. Manage your Facebook Ad Preferences directly at facebook.com/adpreferences
  3. Use Facebook's Off-Facebook Activity tool to disconnect your activity data from our Meta Pixel

Unsubscribing from Email Communications

To stop receiving marketing emails, you can:

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send
  • Email us at [email protected] and request removal

Unsubscribing from email does not delete all of your data. To delete all data, please submit a full deletion request as described above.
